*MAP Dining Plan includes: a full breakfast, afternoon tea and gourmet dinner. Note: lunch may be substituted for dinner on the MAP plan. We cannot offer any discounts or credit for meals not taken.

Above rates are per room for two people. Holiday 2008 rates, Single rates, additional person and children rates are available upon request.

All room rates are equivalent to US currency and subject to an 11% service charge and 9% Government Tax.

Included in room rates are local phone service and postage to send postcards to friends and relatives.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, traveler's checks, and cash.

DEPOSITS:

A three-night deposit is required in order to secure a reservation. This deposit is then applied to the first and last two nights of your stay.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS:

Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.Therefore we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. For "No Show" and cancellations within 28 days (Winter) and 14 days (Summer) of arrival, a charge of the three-night room rate will be imposed. In case of early checkouts, the three-night deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the accommodation is re-sold for the full period of the booking, there will be no cancellation fee.

We strongly recommend that you take insurance against trip interruption and the possibility of cancellation fees.

OUR HURRICANE GUARANTEE:

Nevis is an extremely tiny island in comparison to the vast Caribbean Sea. And while the region does experience hurricane activity in the fall, the chance of one hitting our island and actually affecting your vacation are really quite small.

Nevis experienced its last hurricane in 1999 and fortunately Nisbet escaped that encounter relatively unscathed.

While most hotels have very complicated Hurricane Guarantees, at Nisbet we have a fairly simple one. Should a hurricane hit Nevis, or come close enough to cause a disruption in air service to the island (good indicator of nasty weather) we will do what we are famous for - treat you like family. We will issue credits, move dates and do just about whatever you'd like to make sure you are satisfied.
