Dining at Coconuts
Overlooking the pool and the beach, this open-air tropical restaurant, known for its casual nature and dining delights,
is the perfect way to start your day.
In addition to serving breakfast, Coconuts is also the scene for our popular Thursday night beachfront dinner.
A favorite of Nisbet guests, island visitors and locals alike, the evening commences with General Manager Jamie Holmes’ Rum Punch Party. Based on the time of year, Executive Chef Tony Piani and Pastry Chef Virgilio Mista will either prepare a sumptuous beachfront buffet or a special surf and turf Caribbean-style dinner. Conclude the evening with cocktails under the stars while you sway to the lively rhythms of a local Caribbean band – right there on the beach!
